Briarwood
Briarwood, a residential subdivision in the southeast corner of Saskatoon, was built between 1986 and 1991 and consists primarily of low-density, single detached residences. Briarwood has a genuine feeling of community, with over 40 acres of parks and a community association that advocates local interests and produces events throughout the year. A short drive to the 8th Street commercial district provides access to many facilities.
