Rosewood
Rosewood is located in Saskatoon’s southeast outskirts. Construction in this region began in 2010. Rosewood, which is mostly made up of single-family homes, has a homeownership percentage of 93.3 percent. Meadows Market, located in Rosewood, includes numerous new stores, restaurants, and companies. Residents may also take use of the amenities of the Lakewood Suburban Centre, as well as the nearby Costco, which has brought more residents to the neighbourhood. Rosewood’s population is expected to surpass 12,000 people, making it one of the largest regions in Saskatoon, with Highway 16 running along the south and Boychuk Drive running along the west.
