Listing Presentation

Selling your Saskatoon property with a plan, not a guess.

A screen-share guide for the conversation we need before your home goes live.

Let me introduce myself

I am Idriss Movahedzadeh.

I am a licensed REALTOR® in Saskatchewan, authorized to trade in residential, commercial, and farm real estate.

How I approach the work

I work best with clients who want clear advice, honest pricing, direct communication, and a plan we can both commit to. My role is to help you make decisions that move the sale toward a successful closing.

My role in the sale

I stay in the centre of the moving parts.

A successful sale is not only seller and buyer. I help coordinate the people, timing, questions, and follow-up around the transaction so the deal keeps moving toward possession.

Why I am here

Before we talk price, we need to talk goals.

What matters most?

Your timeline, your next move, your minimum acceptable result, and what would make this sale feel successful.

01

Goal

What are you trying to accomplish by selling?

02

Timing

How quickly do you need the market to respond?

03

Reality

What is the market telling us about your property today?

How I get paid

I only get paid when your sale successfully closes.

If the transaction does not complete, I do not get paid. That is why commitment, pricing, access, and communication matter from day one.

2MarketCreate demand and attention.

Shared commitment

You succeed. I succeed.

I have business costs, advertising costs, licensing costs, vehicle costs, a mortgage, and a family to support. So I take the work seriously. I need clients who take the result seriously too.

Buyer-Agent ExposureMLS® visibility and direct follow-up when interest appears.
Mobile Buyer View
Most buyers judge the listing on a phone before they ever book a showing.
Price

The first two weeks are critical.

When a listing launches, the most motivated buyers usually notice it early. If we start too high, we can lose the strongest attention window.
